For over 15 years, Lisa has dedicated herself to helping clients buy, sell, and invest in homes, while also running her own successful office for more than 14 years. Working alongside her sister, Jennifer Salems, Managing Broker, their shared commitment to real estate spans decades and has become a family tradition.

Lisa’s background as a paralegal and in corporate management gives her a strong foundation in organization, leadership, customer service, and attention to detail. She also has extensive experience in real estate investing, advertising, and marketing, which allows her to deliver results for her clients in any market. Starting her career in 2009, during one of the toughest times in real estate, Lisa quickly proved her skills by selling her very first listing at an excellent price through smart advertising and persistence. That experience taught her resilience and gave her a deep understanding of the ever-changing real estate market.

Outside of real estate, Lisa enjoys design, decorating, and exploring architecture across the country. She loves animals, especially dogs, and finds inspiration near the ocean. Lisa loves to volunteer with her sister as they have annual holiday food deliveries and beach clean ups throughout the year. Lisa takes great pride in finding the right home for her clients and ensuring every transaction is a success.
